2. Guidelines for Users

When using Servarea to browse services and message providers, please keep these points in mind:

• 100% Free for Users: Browsing listings, searching by category or city, and chatting with providers is completely free. Users do not pay anything on the platform.
• Accurate Account Information: Provide your real email and name when creating an account so you can send and receive messages.
• Direct Communication: Use our in-app chat to explain what you need, ask questions, and coordinate timing directly with the professional.
• Respectful Messages: Always speak respectfully. Harassment, abusive language, and spam are strictly prohibited.
• Honest Reviews: When you leave a review or star rating, share your real experience so other community members get helpful feedback.

3. Guidelines for Service Providers

To keep our marketplace trusted and reliable for everyone, service providers agree to:

• Verify Your Phone: Confirm an active mobile number using an SMS code so customers know you are reachable and real.
• Accurate Details & Pricing: Share truthful descriptions of your skills, your actual service area, and clear prices or packages with no misleading claims.
• Real Work Photos: Only upload genuine photos showing your own work, team, or services.
• Prompt & Professional Responses: Reply politely to customer inquiries you receive.
• Independent Responsibility: You are responsible for delivering good service and following any local guidelines or trade requirements for your profession.

4. How Leads and Recharges Work

We believe in giving service providers full freedom and zero pressure:

• Free to Sign Up & List: Joining Servarea, creating a profile, and adding your services is completely free.
• First 5 Leads Are Free: Every verified provider gets 5 free customer inquiries to experience the platform.
• No Compulsory Subscriptions: You are never locked into monthly auto-charges. Once you finish your 5 leads, you can choose if and when to recharge your lead pack.
• Pause Anytime Without Any Fees: If you are busy or do not want new inquiries right now, you can pause your listing with one click from your profile. It will be temporarily hidden from customer discovery with no penalties or fees, and can be resumed anytime.
• Auto-Pause for Inactivity: To keep marketplace listings fresh and ensure customers reach active professionals, listings of providers with no login activity for over 2 months are automatically paused. Providers can resume them with 1 click whenever they log back in.

5. Community Safety & Fair Use

To protect all members, you agree not to:

• Post false listings, misleading information, or pretend to be someone else.
• Send unsolicited advertising or spam messages.
• Use automated tools or bots to scrape data or phone numbers from the website.
• Attempt to disrupt or harm the website or its security.

6. Account Deletion & Clean-Up

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. When you delete your account, your profile, services, and chat messages are permanently removed.

To keep the platform active and protect privacy, listings with no provider login for over 2 months are automatically paused (and can be resumed anytime with 1 click upon logging back in). Accounts with no activity or logins for 1 year may be reviewed and closed manually by our administration team.
