Setting up your presence on Servarea is straightforward:
Create Your Provider Profile
Sign up using your email or Google account, select the Provider role, and add your name or business name.
Quick Phone Verification
Verify your mobile number with a simple SMS code and add your city or work area. This gives you a verified badge so customers know you are a genuine local professional.
List Your Services & Packages
Add what you do, choose a category, write a simple description, and share your prices. You can set starting rates or offer clear package tiers.
Showcase Your Real Work
Upload clear photos of your recent work or services. Real pictures give people confidence to reach out and choose you.
Connecting with Customers
When people discover your service on Servarea, they can reach out to you directly:
- Direct In-App Chat: Message clients directly inside the platform. You can discuss what the customer needs, share information, answer questions, and arrange timing.
- Customer Reviews: Satisfied customers can leave you star ratings and reviews, helping you build a strong reputation that attracts more clients over time.
- Community Posts: Share updates, photos, and tips on the community feed to connect with members and grow your followers.
How Leads Work
We believe in keeping things simple and giving you complete freedom:
- Free to Start: You get your first 5 customer inquiries completely free across your profile so you can see how the platform works.
- No Compulsory Subscriptions: You are never locked into monthly fees or auto-debits. When you finish your first 5 leads, you choose whether you want to recharge your lead pack for more inquiries.
- Pause Anytime Without Penalty: If you are busy, taking time off, or not accepting new clients right now, you can pause your listing with one click from your profile. It will be hidden from customer searches and home page feeds until you click Resume. Your profile, past leads, reviews, and account stay completely safe.
- Auto-Pause for Inactive Accounts: To ensure clients only reach active, responsive professionals, if an account has no login activity for over 2 months, its listings are automatically paused. You can turn them back on anytime with one click in your profile when you log back in.
