By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Servarea platform (including our website, mobile interfaces, and associated web applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Service Provider Obligations & Verification

Service providers (both individual professionals and business entities) must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and identity verification. Providers agree that:

• All uploaded identification credentials and business licenses are authentic and belong to the applicant.
• Service descriptions, package inclusions, and stated rates accurately reflect the scope of work offered.
• Administrative approval is required before service listings and verified badges are activated live.
• Servarea reserves the right to suspend or revoke provider privileges if fraudulent, misleading, or substandard work is reported.

3. Customer Inquiries, Bookings & Service Contracts

Servarea operates as a connection marketplace facilitating communication, discovery, and transparent package comparison between clients and verified local service providers. All quotes, project deliverables, scheduling, and payment arrangements are entered into directly between the customer and provider.

4. Prohibited Platform Conduct

Users and providers agree not to engage in any activity that harms or abuses the platform, other members, or third parties. Prohibited actions include:

• Uploading malicious scripts, unauthorized bots, or automated scrapers.
• Submitting fraudulent identity documents, fake reviews, or unauthorized contact information.
• Harassing, threatening, or sending abusive communications via real-time chat channels.
• Attempting to bypass role-based security access or tamper with administrative endpoints.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

The Servarea name, logo, design system, and interface code are the proprietary intellectual property of Servarea. Providers retain ownership of their uploaded portfolio images and grant Servarea a license to display such content for marketplace promotion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Servarea provides the marketplace platform on an "as is" basis. While we enforce rigorous provider verification, Servarea does not directly perform the services and cannot guarantee work outcomes agreed upon between independent clients and providers.
