• Communications: Real-time in-app chat messages, inquiry notes, and support tickets.
• Listing Information: Service titles, category selections, 3-tier pricing tiers, inclusion bullet points, and uploaded gallery images.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information for specific legitimate business purposes:

• To verify identity credentials and maintain marketplace authenticity.
• To calculate geodesic distance matrices so clients can discover nearby experts.
• To power direct, encrypted real-time chat channels between clients and providers.
• To send essential in-app notifications regarding listing approvals, follower updates, and connection requests.

3. Strict Confidentiality of Verification Documents

Uploaded identity documents (passports, national IDs, licenses) are stored in private Cloud Storage with zero public read permissions. They are accessible strictly and solely by authorized Servarea compliance administrators to audit provider credentials. We never sell, share, or monetize identity proofs.

4. Private Contact Data Shielding

Provider emails are permanently shielded from public discovery profiles to prevent unsolicited scraping and spam. All initial contact is conducted securely through our internal messaging system.

5. Data Security & Encryption Standards

Servarea employs enterprise-grade security protocols:

• End-to-end transport layer security (HTTPS/TLS 1.3 with HSTS).
• Role-based access control (RBAC) enforced at the database layer via Cloud Firestore security rules.
• Automated input sanitization against XSS, injection, and malicious URL protocols.

6. Account Deletion & Data Erasure

Users and providers retain full control over their personal data. When an account is deleted (either via self-delete in profile settings or administrative maintenance), all profile data, authentication records, verification proofs, listings, and chat histories are permanently purged from all production databases.
